Last 2 weeks, a hardworking person from their call center informed my to pay my bills so my line won't get disconnected. It was fine it they called my like 11am or some time in the afternoon...BUT NO! they called me 7am to accuse me of not paying my bills.
I told them "two months kayong walang pinapadala [bill] tapos ididisconnect nyo telepono ko?!"
The lady just said her sorry and she'll check daw their records.

Last week, After 5 days of waiting if they'd mail us another copy of the phone bill , we paid about 6K of cumulative gastos from the two months we've ...skipped (as they implied with the call)
ok na sana but the phone's features were not yet reactivated. (i can't call cellphones, etc.)

A while ago, i tried to call TDLP's hotline to inquire whether they would like to bring back the phone i used to like... (let say mga 10pm ako tumawag)
Enter robotic prompt...
Thank you for calling chu chu ekek, for telephone installation press 1, for telephone inquiries press 2, for telephone features press 3.
3 > for blah blah press 1, and so on...
i think i went through 4 long levels of pressing to know that...
"TDLP's office hours is from 9am to 6pm...please call again."
edi nagdilim ang paningin ko? well...it was more of my hearing went blank.
Sana man lang sa start palang ng prompt they could have said the office hours (i was bitter...after all, im thinking they might have night shifts becase of all the call centers available) hindi after ng pagkahaba-habang pagtatanong at pagpindot!!!
strike 3! so now im blogging about this hahaha
