overdue post from last few weeks.

30 Days of Night artist Ben Templesmith came to the Philippines [probably as part of the movie publicity] and visited De La Salle College of St. Benilde last November 5.

Since i knew the people organizing the talk-seminar-sosyalan in my beloved school, i had the chance to get reserved for a slot ad sat infront, somewhere really close to the horror artist.

BUT, im not talking about Ben and his stuff. Before the talk-seminar-sosyalan started, we were graciously given an opening speech from our one and only...itago natin siya sa pangalang TOM & JERRY.

Expecting it to be somewhat informative and brown-nose as introductions were always made, we tried to listen.

Aba nga naman, there was no mention of Ben or the publicity of the movie  but a promotional speech for the new courses in school.

"hello, as far as you know, we are offering 3 new degree programs, DIGITAL FILMMAKING, ANIMATION and PHOTOGRAPHY. By next year, we plan on offering...[go on with the speech chuchu]"

I didn't know what to react. What's this all about? was this a GA for currently enrolled and wanna-be students for the school? Mr. Templesmith was raising his eyebrows. [come to think of it, the talk was one of the few moment MMA students were confined in a place were they would listen truthfully]

Then our gracious deity ended his speech:

"and of course, let's welcome Mr. Ben Templesmith."

I felt my brain drop to the floor.

last night, my gracious school was featured in a tv show about interior decorations, good buildings and whatever comes in between.

then again, TOM & JERRY was interviewed about the concept behind me CAMP BIG FALCON-like building. This time, he was fine with his answers.

The boohoo started when they toured the building.

"This is Animation room. This is where the students do animation. (wow! very insightful)

This is the Recording Studio. This is where the students...[looks around] record audio. (another wow)

This is the black box room. This is where the students...[looks around and asks a student] uh, what do you do here? [after being answered] oh, Lighting Design." 

Someone texted me, "Oi, i like your...ha, very informative sya hahaha"

I couldn't stop laughing. I decided to play Final Fantasy X-2. It was more educational.

Now, i'm waiting for the next spoof of my wonderful superior.

i wouldn't want to spoil the heartrending matter at hand, but it seems that there really are PEOPLE who are born BASTOS/who have no sense of RESPECT. i'm sad because i think i met one. Hopefully this would change before the world comes to an end.

is it just me or everything is part of a bigger scheme?

the more gulo mr.antonio makes, the more people will hate him and the people will tell the government to implement martial law to prevent such atrocities.

Kasi why can't he just be locked up in a prison somewhere the sun cannot even shine upon? or shot? or exiled to the netherlands or somewhere i dont know?

the bad guys let this monster do the dirty work so they could appear good by stopping this madness themselves.
